Pop can
collection, Jan 2 report, next scheduled Feb 13 – The last can collection was
fairly small, no doubt due to the bitterly cold weather and being the day after
New Years Day. There was some discussion
about letting the Scouts have 100% of the profits due to the low returns, but
the payout was left at 50% due to the difficulty in determining a threshold at
which profit sharing changes from 50% to 100%, as well as this being a life
lesson to take the not so good with the good.
·
UNI
concessions update – The wrestling tournament was another good weekend for this
fundraiser. The troop’s stand was busy
all the time both days.
·
