·         St. Ed’s parish BBQ, Aug 21 after 5:15 mass (rain date Aug 28):  St. Ed’s has asked the troop to set up, cook, and clean up for this event.  After some discussion, the group agreed that the troop will staff these portions of the event.

·         Fundraising:  Some Scouts have been asking about earning more money to fund their Scout activities.  Tom and Jim will talk to Francis about potentially limiting UNI concessions to 2 per family, and determine what limitations might be encountered with past experience of staffing the concessions before the group has any more discussion.

·         John Deere Engine Works 35th anniversary appreciation, Aug 14:  There is a possibility that the Troop could be offered $400 to support this event to help clean up during the day from 9-4.  Perhaps 5 adults and 7 Scouts would be needed to staff this portion of the event.  The group needs more information to consider this possibility.
